Very convenient location! There was tons of parking available. I had made an appointment with the DMV online so I did not have too long of a wait. When I arrived I stood outside for a few minutes (COVID Protocol) and waited to be invited in. Once I was invited in my visit was really quick. I had a new photo taken for my license and received it in about a week. It was a pretty quick process!
4:00 pm, Dec 15Even with my appointment time, I was still forced to wait 2 hours in line because they were overbooked. This is unacceptable; what is the point of appointments if you don't keep them. When I finally got to the window, they sent me back in line to another window and I was forced to wait again for a few minutes. As a whole, this location seemed very unorganized and the employees were all visibly stressed, short with visitors, and did not seem to know their job well. Aside from following COVID procedures implemented by the state, there was not much this location did correctly.

7:13 am, Jan 17go online and fill out an appt form. For example. Ct.dmv, enter. Choose the issue you need to take care of, for example; non-drivers ID click on and answer the questions fill out name and the form , then click schedule and choose a time under the day, For example Friday, March 15 : 10:50 a.m. click on that time if it is good for you. Then scroll down and hit next. It pretty much is self-explanatory
